its should be only Adrian Newey ( who is designing the cars ) and Sebestian Vettle who is driving the car ..... isn't it ?

I think anyone would succeed if you have these 2 people with you

Find out why Jean Todt is regarded so highly. or why rudder is essential for a ship or plane. For the same reason.

The fact that the team operate to near-perfection - IMO - is, mostly, down to him.

Not really, Mclaren weren't winning everything when he was with them....

Wasn't that because Mercedes were doing their best to ruin it for them with cardboard engines?

I don't think the MP4-18 was due to the engine?

But anyway, let's say it was - just goes to show a team's success isn't just down to one person. It's a sum of all the parts...

He deserves as much credit as anyone else in the team...

Horner is the reason why they don't have operational screwups like McLaren.

He is praised (and rightly so) because he is the principal of the most successful F1-team of recent years. IMO it does not seem fair to praise only 2 people when hundreds of others also have an impact on the result.

Well I must admit, you punched a hole in that logic pretty easily. :(
