According to Ted, Mercedes pushed it the most after their test.

How do you 'push' switching your tyres around the most? Surely you either do it or you don't

Lewis 2 tenths clear of Nico and at least a second of anyone else, what are the odds he says he was struggling?

Interesting stat from Croft on Sky, didn't realise that might be the first free practice session Hamilton has topped all year

I'm not sure Merc weren't trolling the other teams in Silverstone though, do you remember their "step backwards" FP releases

99% ?

Well, if he says he is not 100% comfy with the car yet, and is still as fast as he is, it certainly puts JB's comments in context.

So they hadn't ran the DRD in anger today then?

No they didn't, and frankly, why would they? Think they were just getting some numbers for the factory to look at at and see if it is an avenue they want to pursue.

I keep fingers crossed guys for your both titles. I hope Hamilton will be capable of getting WDC and team WCC.
The car is ****in insane fast, and with tyres changes it might be domination from there onwards

Merc, Lewis and Nico fans, (I myself am in the Lewis category), should be delighted by the cries of pained fans of various teams of cheating etc, lord knows everyone was doing it about Red Bull, nice to find the shoe's on the other foot for a change.

I dont remember red bull ever getting an extra pre season 1000kms test (DURING THE SEASON) :confused:

This reminds me of how we cheered when the MP4-27 set those times. So happy for Lewis. Hope he gets a car to fight on equal terms with RBR. Who would have thought that on 26-27th September 2012!

Oh and we are on 100th Page!!!!

That's why everyone needs to remain calm, because we all know what happened last year, also Rosberg will be a huge threat.

Let's get something very clear - this thread is for discussing the car, it is not the place for discussion, insinuation or anything else pertaining to how you feel about Mercedes or any other team or driver being cheats or not.

Furthermore it is not a Lewis Hamilton, Nico Rosberg or Lewis vs Nico thread.
