Gonna go with ANF's entry #15...

Top mention to Les, but would hate to see a lovely part of the world ruined by Bernie's vulgarity!

Other tracks I liked were Jackmancers #5 and Puhoon #6, but well done to all who had a go!!!

Voting can wait! I wil lcome with my HongKOng GP!

HongKong has this island with hill very close to the City Center. Easily accessible by car. See it on perspective. Above is the HK city.

The plan of the track in dispute.

Pit and grandstand complex.

Lots of space for Paddock and commercial complex between the grand stands.

Got own stadium section looking through the bay towards the city as well.

In lager scale.

I really like track 2 by disgrace and 9 and 10 by Luca. I think my favourite one is 15 as I like the sound of a fast road circuit.

Well my definition of that being it looks like a fast circuit on real roads kinda like Spa back in the day or Le Mans but I could be looking at it the wrong way and that's not the case at all. Whatever it is, it looks cool.

Yes that's my way of the thinking as for being a road circuit, which is why what you described sounds more like #14 to me???

Goodness me I had wondered why it was questioned. Yes apologies, I somehow got them mixed up (15's a cool track and all that) but yeah I had indeed meant 14. Well spotted!

I did wonder... Look on google earth at the north and east sections, I'd love to see a 250f at speed there, without the risk of losing my licence I'd try and set a laptime myself!

My favourites are #2, #9, #13, #14 and #17. If I'm going to pick one I will go for One's #17 – nice scenery, great sweeping high-speed sections and a stadium section that looks like a proper street circuit.

I'm not too thrilled by the track on Jackmancer's #5, but I love the graphics! Someone should make a cute racing game that looks like that.

Although there are many great tracks I will vote for these because they are clearly thought for the sport, i.e., the driving. The first two are also very well explained and the first one has also very good elevation changes design.

So, For first place:

Here's a topographic map of a track that started out as a tribute to the Österreichring and the old Zandvoort track but eventually turned into... this.

I can really feel the taste of driving here and seems to be just perfect for great racing.

For second place:

Great driving experience too. The last section is very much like Suzuka but it is just fine! Tracks with the 8 shape are good for me. Everything seems to be correctly designed. I missed elevation changes only.

For third place:

Presents great challenges for drivers. I would only change the pit entry 100m earlier.

Congrats ANF, great job :up:

When I saw most of the entries I couldn't help but think that without attention to elevation any layout could be dull as dishwater. A deserved winner for thinking about the elevation and how the track is to drive and race on. Kudos to #14, #16 and #17 for their organic nature which is always a way to make a track original and challenging (no constant radii).

Yeah, so prior to the late vote by Konsta it was 3:3 between #14 & #15... however, ANF deserves the casting vote and was certainly my favourite (hence my own vote)

I think a section of that track would be mighty if it went the other way.

Go from 2, 1, 22/23 and youd have a banked left, carry lots of speed into the fast right kink, keep the foot planted for a good while on a sweeping 'straight' and then see whos got the balls to take a double apex right the fastest

Too kind ANF! But a winner is a winner and well deserved... I will content myself by driving my track every once in a while!

Oh and Cool Beans I was surprised not to see your track in the voting mix, the back story added much and was probably the most realistic in terms of Bernie's choices for a new circuit!
