In London last Saturday visiting the Roy Lichtenstein retrospective at Tate Modern - very worthwhile but disppointed not to find the BMW 320i "Art Car" - and was walking to Covent Garden via Fleet Street when I spotted what I assume is a 1999 Williams FW21 (?) in the window of what used to be the offices of The Times (I think). Sorry for the quality, it was taken through the glass. Anyone care to comment?

Yes, I'll say something. One of the WORST F1 liveries I've ever seen. 1999 was one of my years in FOM's employ so I saw this car up close quite a lot of the time - absolutely horrid.

So this would be an ex-Zanardi car (FT21/5) ??? I wonder who owns it now.
