Awesome.Truck at Rockingham on Sunday.
Checking out the entry list, looks like Larson will be pulling double duty this weekend. Bill's boy and high-school hero Erik Jones are back for more.
Also, Joey Logano is running Keslowski's ride. I expect he's there to recoup some of the lunch-money that will be stolen from him come Saturday.
I also see Dale Jr amongst the swarm of Cup regulars polluting the Nationwide race.

Rocking Ham should be a fun little race. Trucks are turning out really entertaining this year. Lots of promising rook-ees.

Great find .
I always thought Stenhouse was a bit chubby, that backflip was quite impressive.

How about we all enjoy some nice Smokin’ Hubcaps and wash those down with some Bacon Cotton Candy Martinis?
Sound good?
Of course it doesn't.

Though try telling that to the sponsors.
Looking forward to hear the guys in the booth calling out "the official gun of NASCAR - no other gun makes a headshot quite this satisfying!"

But NASCAR spokesman David Higdon released a statement that indicated the timing of a sponsorship and the perception of NASCAR will be used to determine whether to approve race sponsorships in the future.
"The NRA's sponsorship of the event at Texas Motor Speedway fit within existing parameters that NASCAR affords tracks in securing partnerships," the NASCAR statement said.
"However, this situation has made it clear that we need to take a closer look at our approval process moving forward, as current circumstances need to be factored in when making decisions."
While there could be a perception that NASCAR is endorsing the NRA's political platform, NASCAR said that is not the case.
"NASCAR has no official position on the gun rights debate," the NASCAR statement said. "Our fans, racing teams and industry partners come from all walks of life and thus have varying points of views and opinions.
"As a sport, we are in the business of bringing people together for entertainment, not political debate."
Ahh, NASCAR is 'reviewing' something. Bless them.
And I agree, NASCAR has *never* been political. Apart from the time Romney rained out two races.

Fan? Well, I'd rather see some other drivers win before him, but I really hope he does well, it was great seeing him in the 2011 season!

Trucks are at Rockingham, NC, which makes them the odd man out. Both the Cup and Nationwide are in Texas during nights with the next days being normally available for people to travel home. NASCAR admin might not be the most astute bunch but they do have enough sense to not compete against itself.Anyone know why the trucks are on Sunday this week?

Well wherever he is, he's definitely thinking about NASCAR. Kevin Harvick just blew an engine in practice and will start from the back.btw JP won't be in the thread probably for the race due to a previous engagement with Kyle Busch's lawyers.
Thanks, Jp!

According to his twitter he is really sick, and has had to take a couple trips to the infield care center to get some fluids pumped into him. Then he sets the pole!Great job by Alex Bowman, made even sweeter by the fact that he knocked Kyle Busch off the pole .
I like this kid's drive.

Yeah he sounded rather lousy talking to ESPN after his run, hopefully he has time to head over to the infield care center again before the race. I'm already dreading the predictable 'the best place for a sick driver is in the cockpit' comments throughout the entire race.According to his twitter he is really sick, and has had to take a couple trips to the infield care center to get some fluids pumped into him.
