Please rate objectively, and not on how your favourite driver finished :)

What are your picks...

Best Driver
Worst Driver
Best Team
Best Overtake
Best Moment
DRS + Tyres
And the race in a sentence...

It was all about tyres really. Drivers could not fight to defend overtaking manouvers with afraid of destroying them. This year races are more artificial than ever.

A snoozefest. A lot of swapping positions and driving past, but real depth to the racing nor defending.

Not bad, not special. All the racing was between cars on different plans. Hamilton vs Räikkönen was the most intense real battle and only a good old pit leapfrog decided it. Liked that there were different plans all working.

Best Driver - Anyone in the top 5 and Ricciardo
Worst Driver
Best Team - Ferrari
Best Overtake - Raikkonen on Ricciardo and Alonso on Vettel or one of those in other strategies, can't remember. Those two stood out, in the context of urgency.
Best Moment - Vettel catching Hamilton
DRS + Tyres - DRS artificial as always. Tyres ok.
And the race in a sentence... - Interesting race

Best Driver- Alonso was on another page, also Ricciardo and Hulkenberg very impressive
Worst Driver- Gutierrez- I'm certain they chose the wrong ART driver in GP2, even if a rookie Calado wasn't finishing higher
Best Team- Ferrari
Best Overtake- Any move which wasn't done and dusted before Turn 1 but was done in Turn 1- Brave stuff
Best Moment- The last lap- even if Seb couldn't quite make it stick in T11- How Hamilton locked up like that and made the corner...wow
DRS + Tyres DRS too easy for those cars with straightline speed (thinking of you Red Bull...). Soft tyre a joke, medium tyre fine.
And the race in a sentence...

Better than a 7 but not an 8

I gave it a 3. While I agree with your summary I believe I can offer a more concise alternative;

Fake sh*t.

Best Driver- Alonso, Kimi (damage car), Vettel (P8 to P4)

Worst Driver-
1- Mark Webber... he simply lost his mind when he saw Vettel in his mirrors  . Exact repeat of Abu Dhabi 2012 when he crashed once there when Vettel was in his mirrors catching up. He just can't take it anymore.
2- Sergo Perez: "you have to leave the space, all the time you have to leave d space"!!

Best Team-
Best Overtake- Alonso & Kimi getting through traffic... urgently.
Best Moment- Hamilton going attack on Kimi to defend with Vettel.

DRS + Tyres- All World Champions at the front. Nothing more to add

And the race in a sentence... Decent.

Lewis had much fresher tyres. It looked nice, but the reality is tyre age differences are far too great.

Edit: 4 for me, due to tyres and DRS. KERS to defend on two DRS straights with Pirelli tyres is impossible.

7/10

Best Driver Alonso
Worst Driver Gutierrez
Best Team Ferrari
Best Overtake A few non-DRS assisted passes into turn 6 but nothing notable.
Best Moment Probably Kimi's save after Perez nudged him onto the kerb
DRS + Tyres DRS influence too high, many passes made long before braking zones. One good tyre and one useless tyre.
And the race in a sentence... As good as could be expected.

+1
Maybe the tyres should allow a bit more aggressive and defensive drive but like they are in the moment it's still not that bad .It's much better than in 2000-2011 when we had one or two teams dominating and all others just kind of being there.
Now it's much harder on the driver's side to do an overtake or defend just because there is no margin for any error like lock ups and so on .
You still have the top drivers on top so I do not know why most of you are complaining :p

5/10, the early half was somewhat entertaining. The ugly obscuring Chinese haze didn't help much as far as looks are concerned.

Best Driver: Aside from the winning Alonso - Daniel Ricciardo; perhaps the Toro Rosso has improved, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt here. He had a solid weekend, finishing ahead of Di Resta, Grosjean, Hülkenberg and Perez. Good job!
Worst Driver: Gutierrez - causing a dumb crash so early in the race puts him on top in this category.
Best Team: Has to be Ferrari. Winning the race is good, but the competition all had more serious problems than whatever affected Massa: Red Bull completely failed Webber, Mercedes had yet anoter DNF, Grosjean is still struggling in his Lotus.
Best Overtake: Massa being quick on the pitlane-trigger when battling the Sauber? Who knows. I didn't see anything memorable today.
Best Moment: Kai Ebel having a nice chat with Lewis' grid-girl on RTL, Alonso arguing that he was 'not pushing!' or waving the Ferrari flag after winning the race. Something like that.
DRS + Tyres: Still don't like either. Both seem to me to be more suited to a Mario Kart game than serious motor-racing.
And the race in a sentence: Great result for Ferrari and Alonso, but I'm not sad the Chinese Grand Prix is over!

Seriously people? rating it as 3-5?
What the heck?
It was nerve wrecking race! 3rd driver ahead of 4th one by 0.2SEC! last 5-6 laps were so tense
TENSE

Also great strategy race. People could run different strategy like Med med soft, med med med soft, soft med med med or soft med med. Undercuting, Overcuting, good overtakes from top drivers, best drivers in top 5.

THis race had everything.

Only shitty thing in the weekend was soft tyre. It had great speed (and it should be like that) but you should be able to drive on it 10laps+_ while med should be 20+-. And we got soft that was out even in best tyre management cars after 6-7 laps.

China last year was worse..

Think DRS was even more shocking from the FIA, surely they know to make the zones shorter by now!

Best Driver - Alonso was on his planet today. But after him, my choices are Kimi and Ricciardo.
Worst Driver - I don't know. Few of them did stupid things and few of them didn't show enough. I could say: Webber, Gutierrez, Grosjean, Maldonado
Best Team - Ferrari
Best Overtake - Kimi's move on few drivers in corner 1
Best Moment - As Kimi fan, of course, my favorite moment was when he passed Hamilton.
DRS + Tyres - I've liked it, but today it was rally horrible. It's Formula 1, not Formula about tires.

It was good race. I've seen much better races, but it was good. I expect better show in Bahrain.

Pretty boring race aside from some antics (Webber, Raikkonnen) and Vettel's last stint sprint. It was way too much about tyre strategy and preservation instead of proper racing. 3/10

I gave it a 4.
It was a little sad to watch.

Fernando was perfect plus he had the best car on the day so here you have the driver and the car of the race.

The impact of the tires and DRS in this race went far beyond the line of what I feel comfortable with. :(

I found the whole experience a very shallow watch. It actually depressed me, despite being quite pleased that Alonso won.

I've said it elsewhere - forcing competitors to use a tyre that is literally useless after 5 laps, no matter what you do with it, is not in line with my opinion of top flight motor competition.
I also don't confuse driving past with DRS open with 'racing' and 'overtaking'.

I'm really sad that F1 has chosen this direction, as I just don't love it anymore.

6/10 for me

Best Driver - Hard to choose Alonso controlled the race, Raikonnen beat Hamilton despite a damaged car and Button pushed the car seemingly above where its meant to be although its hard to know if its Button being brilliant or Perez being rubbish. I'll give the nod to Alonso, just.
Worst Driver - Can only be Gutierrez slow all weekend then makes a silly mistake and takes out an innocent driver.
Best Team - Ferrari
Best Overtake - Alonso's ones down the inside of the long banked turns at the back of the circuit.
Best Moment - Vettel catching Hamilton and just running out of tyres/ Hamilton holding him off.
DRS + Tyres - I feel the tyres are going too far and creating too many artificial moments an example being Massa being in a good position prior to the first stops but losing loads of ground due to having to pit later than Alonso. DRS was even worse. I want to see drivers having to work harder to overtake, today they were just blasting past.
And the race in a sentence... Not a classic but some decent moments, things to be fixed.

For me it was one of the worst races of this era. Most overtakes where in DRS zones or against cars having different strategies. There were almost no battles between cars on the same strategy. Seemed like a DRS-aided marathon.

I think we are heading to the exact opposite of processional sprint races and the end product is equally dull..

4/10 for me because in fact nothing happened apart from Vettel's charge towards the end, again due to different strategy.

I love the fact cars can just drive past each other due to DRS, the drivers can't defend due to the tyres and driving at 75%. It's just so exciting. Proper pure racing that.

Same as every other race in the last year - I thought it was fairly dull and went back to bed with about 15 laps to go. Teams turn up and hope to win the tyre lottery. There doesn't seem to be much else to F1 these days.

If you just read the posts, you'd think most everyone hated it. Poll shows otherwise. The minority always seems to be the most vocal, doesn't it? :p

I give it an 8/10. Yes, tire strategy played a huge role and it was pretty clear who was going to win it about halfway through, but I thought it was pretty thrilling from start to finish if you look at everything that went on. Gonna need to watch a 2nd time to see all the happenings further down the order.

Best moment - Leader getting passed by two Ferrari's in one go!

If it's such a lottery why has every race since start of 2011 been won by the same 4 teams (with three exceptions)? The order does not change a great deal from weekend to weekend. Dribbling idiots.

Every car operating on the same strategy races each other properly. Apparently people see front runners chasing down Saubers with a 15 lap tyre advantage and call fake racing. Of course it fricking is! In 2010 the leading runner would then be stuck behind for the entire race.

You think Alonso and Hamilton were running to delta times as they came through the field after their first stop? Morons.
However, they need to sort the option tyre out. if you have two front running cars your number 2 is getting screwed no matter what.

And the race in a sentence... Classic Alonso
