Do you notice you are making excuses for every fact that contradicts your positions? The Ferrari dominated performance wise, but that was apparently only because the Mclaren drivers, who are rated the best in the sport, under performed. Massa was apparently an extremely strong driver but he was dominated by an old Schumacher because he was new the team and Michael had special treatment which apparently some how made his car faster. Just a tip but if you need to bend and twist things so much, its usually sign that you are wrong. In reality the Ferrari was a much better car which is why the likes of Kimi and Massa were so competitive against the Mclaren drivers. This is widely acknowledged these days by most people.

And Hamilton is one of the most talented drivers to emerge in the last 20 years, and your comparing him to the current rookies ability? lol.

It was much better overall last season. Maybe you just misunderstood me.

I'm giving you clear examples and facts of how Hamilton made rookie mistakes. It's also pretty well known Schumacher got special treatment (new parts, better strategy, much like Alonso now) at Ferrari, it's why Rubens finally left. THIS IS WIDELY ACCEPTED BY MOST PEOPLE THESE DAYS, not your rubbish. If you can't accept simple facts, not twisting and bending like you sadly need to claim to prove your 'point' and need to make up stuff yourself, with no facts or evidence, and have no one agree with you, this is a sign you're wrong. Especially when you can your position and lie about what you said in previous comments, as seen here:

1 alternator failure even 2 does not change the fact the redbull was a class above the F2012 all year, especially in the first 4 races.

You even need to twist your own words and accuse me of being mistaken?

Literally grow up Reggie. If you see the WCC standings it's obvious the McLaren was a very strong car, but the constant points that were being swapped between Hamilton and Alonso, and the mistakes they made as individuals lost the WDC. Unless you're implying that McLaren, having Ferrari's technical data as well as their own, wasn't able to build a car as good. Which is laughable, BTW.

You speak as if the Ferrari drivers did not make mistakes or under perform in 2007. Kimi was half alseep for the first part of the season and trailed Massa yet still won the title. The Mclaren drivers were more consistent that year anyway despite a few mistakes. Alonso does not get new parts of special strategies, there you go again just making things up. No need to get angry just because not everyone accepts your nonsense.

Ferrari drivers also swapped points and made mistakes yet the fact remains the car scored the most wins, points, fastest laps and laps lead. The facts speak for themselves. I am pretty sure if situation was reversed you would not be arguing the cars were equal.

I'd say that this thread has quite a few people doing their best to bash Alonso. Can't see why you would hold back! :p

You obviously can't see what's right infront of you so I give up. Considering I proved you lied before and you ignored it, and evidently you ignore facts too, so I can't be bothered.

Aren't you the one who is concerned about the prosecution complex? Let's review what Sakae originally said, shall we?

"Sorry, wrong thread. I wanted to say something, but then I realized that this is a shrine for Alonso, and there is no point in dwelling here, if you are on other wavelength. "

Do you see any references to him being concerned that this thread is a shrine for Hamilton or Vettel? Do you think that the fact that some people here try to attack those drivers addresses his concerns? Don't you realise that your comment is totally OT, while mine was directly related (qualified with a joking smile) to what he had expressed?

Alonso was very close to being 5x WDC if 2007, 2010 and last season worked in his favour. Hopefully he will have some luck of his own in coming years?

To put that into contrast, Alonso wasn't good enough to win 3 extra WDC's to his favor.

My point is such claims as yours in the end just don't hold. There is a championship listing, without the what if's and that is the one that counts.

And the way things are going this year so far, Ferrari and him will throw away another championship. However I am sure he will point out that he could have won today's race, if not for <insert reason>. Again, what if's don't win points or win championships. Nevertheless Alonso is one of the greatest drivers of his generation, and a 2 time WDC. He doesn't need what if's and being an almost 5 times WDC. IMO it's almost insulting to any greats to want themselves or other to hype them up with 'what if's'.
