The full results are on Frank de Jong's site. The 64 starters are all listed, but there are no details about the ten others who entered but didn't start:

I have the programme for 1968 and regulation booklet for 1969, but have never seen anything similar for 1970, so if you are looking for the actual programme of that year it will probably be hard to find.
