A friendly greeting to all.
I open this post for to request kindly your precious collaboration.
I seek some photo's and information regarding the motorcycle Spondon 500 driven by the irish rider Tony Carey in the World and European GP500 Championships of the years 1988 and 1989.
I hope sincerely that someone can help me.
Find some photo's and informations of the Spondon 500 is real important for me.

Hi Giovanni, the only 500 I can personally remember Tony riding around that time was an RG500 Suzuki but I dont know if it was in a Spondon chassis, after which I think he had his Norton rotary.

Firstly i apologize for the delay of this my reply.
Many sincere thanks for your kindly reply and for the informations pertinent the Spondon of Tony Carey.
I think almost certainly that the Spondon driven by Tony Carey during the year 1989 was a Suzuki RG500 modified by the factory of Spondon.
I hope that some other member of this forum have some photo and other informations of the above-mentioned motorcycle.

Thanks for your searches on Google.
Unfortunately it is very difficult to find images and informations of the Spondon 500 driven by Tony Carey.
I hope sincerely that some member of this forum can help me to find some photos and informations of the above-mentioned motorcycle.

There is a picture of Carey in 1990 - it might be a Honda RS500 in a Spondon frame but it looks like the same bike that is in the museum here:

Both have a Honda RS500 seat for sure.

These data and pics are really precious for me.
Probably the Spondon driven by Carey in some GP of 500 World Championship of 1989 is the Spondon-Honda color yellow.
In fact in a entry list of 1989 the motorcycle of Tony Carey is an Spondon-Honda,instead in a entry list of 1988 the motorcycle of Carey is simply called Spondon,probably this last motorcycle is the Spondon-Suzuki of white color.
