Seems like Caterham have made a step too, 16th for Van Der Garde seems quite positive, ahead of the Marussias.
According to live timing Kovalainen is 16th.
Did he make that time after the chequered flag?

commentators on bbc don't seem to have noticed at all though? and I thought these prototype super hards weren't going to be used in fp2

For some of the teams yesPeople on Med are definitely quicker on full tanks, if it lasts then might be THE tyre for race also.
