I have some of J P Delsaux books on Francorchamps, Zolder, the Belgian Grand Prix, Brussels Grand Prix, and 100 ans de Sport Automobile belge.
They are in French. but good quality..

I like to buy the 1915 1930.. book about Racing released recently..
Hopes to fill a gap in my collection with it..
Has a member of this forum already recieved it?
Is it a good read?

I have bought the first two during the visit of the LM 24h.

It is one of planned 5 (from 1894--1953, he said he stops where Automobile Year starts (1953)).

Very nicely done with lots of photographs, circuit plans, programs and artwork. Each year is covered as a calendar of races (not complete). And don't expect huge result/entry tables...
He also offers interesting sidebars and timelines. As he has published this theme before (three books), the ETAI edited books are far more pleasing and professionnel..

Best Regards Michael

Am I correct that the new J.P. Delsaux Racing History books 1894- 1914 and 1915-1929 are Softcovers and not Hardcovers?
Paul...

Paul..

No, the books are hard cover and beautifuly produced. Even if you have the original small-format softbacks they are well worth having.
