**** TO GIVE UP... HOLD ON, PAPPY!!!
I first met you at Monza, the day you were involved in the seven-car pile-up at the Parabolica bend, during the 1968 Gran Premio Lotteria with the works Tecno.
Please, who can give us an update on his condition? this would be something important.

I've read that Jean-Pierre "Pappy" Jaussaud is not going well at the moment.

During the Le Mans week he was taken to the hospital, for a lenghty heart operation..The Le Mans speaker wished him well through the PA system.
Here is a short video from 18 June, where he was honoured for the Alpine win..(in connection with the relaunch of Alpine at this years Le Mans)

Ironically it was after this event that he fell ill.

I thought I place it here:

Really good 'photo' biography of Jaussaud. Mostly from his private photo collection..Good value, despite written in French..
