Senna's 1987 Lotus Contract: http://fabioseixas.b...-senna-em-1987/ and Piquet's 1988 Lotus Contract: http://fabioseixas.b...piquet-em-1988/
This contracts were found here on The Legacy Tobacco Documents Library: http://legacy.library.ucsf.edu/ and probably there are more Drivers contracts out there.

It is nothing new that Senna enjoyed number one status at Lotus, but nice to see the proof in case some groupie starts whining again about Prost's 1993 contract. Pot...kettle...black.
Nice twist to bring Prost in, and defend him before he was even mentioned, let alone attacked.
Talk about whining groupies...

Exciting. Maybe we can make a list of drivers throughout the history, who indeed did have a clear #1 contract. Of course in some cases it is not known, hard to determine.

If you guys want to see some really impressive numbers, and much more detail, check just the ammendments to the Team KOOL Green CART contract. There's even things like payment schedules for a particular engineer one of the drivers wanted.

It's a pretty common thing, when you're making that kind of money, to take it as a corporate rather than personal income.

Being common doesn't make it legal if you are not reporting to your country revenue service. Exposing the original shell companies can just have the whole thing unravelled.
