It looks to me that the 2014 cars will be heavier, torquier, and have less rear downforce. I think Vettel will do just fine with any kind of car, but I am curious which drivers will comparatively suffer or benefit from the change in specs?

Heavier, torquier and less DF - to me sounds easier to drive. If so you would expect differences between drivers to close a little. A driver like Button who irons out some of the peakiness, may lose some of the advantage he gains from "nursing" the package.

There may be some gentle tilts in the teammate battles, but I don't see any great change in the driving order. They aren't suddenly switching to the NASCAR rules package or anything.

I don't know, Jenson is famous for being very smooth with the throttle like Kimi. I would say those who save the tires well this year might be even stronger next year. Of course it depends on what cues they rely when modulating the throttle and if they are able to adapt their brains to the noise and torque of turbo with lots of ERS. I can imagine Buemi's & Davidson's experience should be very valuable to their teams.
