One of our favorite vintage racing events, Millers at Milwaukee. What could be better? The glorious Miller family of race cars on the historic (1903) Milwaukee Mile. From the glory days when race cars were built totally wrong! Big photo gallery here, and please stay tuned for more in the coming days...

If anything disproves the theory, "If it looks right, it is right," it might be an old race car. They sure look right. However, they don't look much like modern race cars, and the modern race cars are a whole bunch faster.
Or am I looking at the matter all wrong?

Our views are affected by knowing what a modern fast racing car looks like, so maybe it's more correct to say that these old 'uns looks "awesome" and "gorgeous", more so than they look "right"?
Maybe it's just semantics... in any case, thanks for the write-up!
