Hi everyone, I have recently upgraded my autosport+ subscription from just the digital version and magazine download (PDF & view online) to the iPad version however I don't know how to view it in this format, I haven't had any emails containing links or instructions on how to get it and I'm still only able to view the PDF version on my iPad, am I missing something ?? Please help as it very frustrating, I have sent an email to the help team but are yet to receive a reply, hope its just me being stupid again !!

Hi Neil,
You should have received an E-mail with instructions as to activating the iPad subscription as soon as you signed up - either something has gone wrong with our attempts to send these E-mails out or it's been caught up in your spam filter!
Can you let me know the E-mail address you signed up with or your AUTOSPORT+ username? I'll send you instructions for activating the subscription and also look into whether anything went wrong with the E-mail. You can send me a private message on the forums or send an E-mail to simon.grayson@haymarket.com

thanks for the quick reply I didn't receive anything regarding activating the ipad version and have checked all my spam boxes, I have dropped you an email with all my details on and hope you can sort for me asap.
