A+ subscription problem

Hi.

I purchased an autosport+ subscription last saturday.

I received an email with the login information and the subscription order Id, etc.

I was billed like two days ago, but I still don't have access to the autosport+ content. I'm logged in and no access, in the subscription management pages It says I don't have any active subscription...


I tried sending some messages to the contact form in the web, but I had no answer.

Can someone provide me a phone number, an email or something to contact the responsible people?

Your subscription should be active pretty much immediately once it's been processed, so if you know your username and password confirmed and you've logged in with then there's no reason why the system should be stopping you from accessing the AUTOSPORT+ content. If you get in touch with me I'll try to work out what's going wrong here!
