Thank you both for your replies.
It was Cornelis Johannes van Hulzen (also "Cor"and "John") I was looking for.
I found an newspaper interview dated december 1930, where he states that after his appearance at the 6th Course de Doullens (July 27, 1930) and before his start (and crash) at the VII° Gran Premio de España, (Lasarte, San Sebastian; Oct. 5, 1930), he drove the Course de Côte de Fribourg, finishing 4th out of 17 competitors.
From data recieved thru this forum and from Hans Etzrodt and Michael Müller I am now quite sure van Hulzen he was not present at this event.
I will be checking 1929 for peace of mind, as van Hulzen was racing a few events in that year too.
Thank you all for your contributions.
