Everyone has had their say (owners, admins). Cindric said they overlaid the pit stop videos, and they all looked the same. It would have been nice to see that, to actually prove his point. It was nice NBC showed how the tire guys game the system. But I would have liked to have seen the other teams in action, during the race, to compare. Ppwers should have penalized for his crew's actions, if Dixon was. Only fair. I don't see how Dixon could have avoided this (except by launching more slowly, so he could turn sharper - which was the tire guy's whole point). This all looked so egregious! 
And the very next race - Will runs over his air hose. Why wasn't that a penalty? Am I missing something?

You only get penalties for running over a hose with the driven wheels, because they can flick the hose and wheelgun up in the air.
