The new mobile design is very good but I noticed it disables zoom:

<meta name="viewport" content="initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, user-scalable=no">

This stops us zooming in on text or pictures which, as the pictures have been reduced to the width of the device, is a pain in the posterior.

Could I suggest this instead?

<meta name="viewport" content="initial-scale=1">

(BTW, I don't know why you haven't included width=device-width in your viewport metatag but I'm sure you have your reasons.)

I mentioned this in the genreal comments thread and I agree its very annoying.

Often the pics are posted to illustrate a fine point and you simply cant see the detail needed without zooming.

Four weeks have passed with no feedback. It would be nice if someone could at least tell us why this can't be done. :wave:
