Then I presume you weren't around during Liegate, Crashgate or the Spy Scandal.
Vettel had his dark hours, too where he did not cover himself with glory. Most recent example is this thread here.

What's all the fuss about, nothing to see here except another example of why some people don't like Seb. Here he's simply gloating about his dominance in the sport instead of taking it with some humility, in much of the world this doesn't go over well hence the response from more than one driver (all of which BTW are just as free as Seb to voice an opinion on the matter)... Seb's not even close to figuring out that luck has played a part in his success nor is he close to realizing that "flexi-rules" and "farting cars" don't impress everyone.

So what he's said here / get him out of the way / multi 21 = spygate / crashgate / liegate?

Fair enough. I don't suddenly not like Vettel. These things happen. I just felt it was a comment that was uncalled for. For some reason, my comments on forums create a magnetic stir.
Yeah I got it.
In truth, I think Sebastian was reacting to comments about RBR's prowess being based on cheating or trickery - not just at this time, but every time they start doing well. A couple of wins and they are accused of cheating, duplicity, trickery and unsporting behavior. Sebastian knows how hard his team works (I can attest to their main crew arriving first and leaving last at the USGP last season as I saw it with my own eyes) and he knows that their results are a result of that hard work. For 4.5 years they have taken those comments with a grain of salt and simply denied everything. But this season Sebastian has apparently grown tired of the accusations and thus, his remark, followed by a litter of joking remarks about the team's use of "secret systems" and "TC" and so forth.
That is my opinion, so I don't have a problem with what he said - anymore than I have a problem with people incessantly accusing Red Bull. However, I understand some people do have a problem with it - and I am okay with that as well.
That said, my comment was not really addressing that, but more the fact that in changing circumstances, humans will react differently.

On another note: in Rosberg's interview at F1, he refused to discuss this matter anymore, saying that it happened in the past and he wasn't going to talk about it. When the journo forced the issue, Rosberg repeated his refusal to address the matter further. (f1.com). So the topic is a bit dead in the water at this stage.

Rosberg has the right to say his opinion, why is it Bit++ing
Because when you are behind on track then anything other than shutting up and working sounds kind of sad?

he said the balls comment directly after the Race in Singapur tho.... so it was at least not over traction control.... I think he was asked about the secret for being so quick or something...
anyway at least he and Lewis seem to have made up xD

I have to say I like Lewis' cap.
If I was Nico I would try to get something unique as well. Maybe they all should do it, it surely helps selling.

Btw what Lewis was saying to the press was "he (Seb) may have small feet, but they seem to be pretty heavy."

Btw what Lewis was saying to the press was "he (Seb) may have small feet, but they seem to be pretty heavy."
Full context: The journo was asking why Seb is faster or something to that effect. Hamilton responded that Vettel has small feet, but they are pretty heavy, so he can hit throttle harder.
I didn't understand what Lewis said to Seb before that screenshot from Sin though.
Anyway, I hope the Vettel-Rosberg thing is over at least for this weekend. Vettel said that they talked, but there was nothing spectacular and Rosberg refused to comment (rightly so, that really shouldn't be a hot topic in F1).

Do you know anybody who does not? Perhaps you?
We talk quite often about fanboys but for me, the "haters" are much more fun. Thanks for making my visits to this forum so enjoyable.
