I know this not a racing subject but as the folk on here are so knowledgeable I though I would ask your help.
Many years back I read an article on a modular 200cc single designed by Doug Hele and/or Bert Hopgood that could be multiplied up to a 400cc twin, 600cc triple, 800cc four and a 1000cc V5.
Others don't believe me saying it was a 250cc base unit and only went as far as an across the frame four.
I have done a Google search but found nothing, if it is there I must be using the wrong search criteria.
Please put me out of my misery and confirm whether I am right or wrong.
