His damage wasn't that bad honestly.

Sad day. Gordon crashed! No wonder the place is empty!

"He's not getting any action tonight."

Just overheard Montoya saying this.  Looked up and realized that Stenhouse was worrying Danica up ahead of Monty.  (Danica is multiple laps down, Stoonhoose and Monty are both 1 lap down)

If Gordon would've gotten into F1 (mid 00's williams/whatever) how hyped would you been, mate? I would of been proper hyped.

Gotta love it, he uses arcane US tax law to hoist them by their own petard because they considered him a non-US resident.
Maybe the IRS should concentrate on how MS, Apple and Google get away with avoiding billions in taxes instead of going after individuals.

The tone of the article seems like Monty, while playing games, is just gaming the system, as opposed to doing things which are obviously illegal.  He seems to have had a pretty firm legal basis for most, of not all of his gambits.

Having said that, they are indeed gambits.

MS/Apple/Google/GE probably have more tax attorneys, in-house, than a lot of companies have employees. I reckon their cases are watertight but Montoya is more at risk.

:( I hope Montoya doesn't go through all Castro Nieves did, including go to the court with orange pajamas and complete silverware [handcuffs and legcuffs].

No doubt, and it's probably a fact the corporate tax attorneys were the very same former govt. workers that wrote the tax laws and knew where they had left easter eggs to use later.
Whatever the case, this filing pretty much tells you that JPM was probably pulling down somewhere between 6-8 mil a year while peddling Ganassi's mediocre cars. Not a bad gig if you can get it.
