Nice job again from Hülkenberg, and quite impressive from his team-mate too. Grosjean quick again, but that was also a very solid job by Kovalainen.

OK to good from Hamilton, and well done to Perez.

Bottas ninth, that's great but also a little disturbing; Williams have wasted many races this year by running the wrong exhaust lay-out.

It's relative, not absolute. Consider the hypothetical edge case where every single driver in Q3 made similar mistakes. Even in that case Vettel would not have been "punished" for his mistake, but it doesn't make a win any less valuable. So your statement is clearly over-generalized. 

 

Or yours over-particularized. Not in every qualification everybody has made mistakes.

They´ve wasted the whole season really. Anything they do better now is not likely to enhance their constructors championship position since reaching Toro Rosso by scoring 32 points more than them in the remaining two races is next to impossible. (even if bottas makes miracle podiums, I dont think Pastor would follow)

I simply can't believe that a car that usually qualified as 15-18, is capable of fighting for Q3 now.
