"I always hear Mercedes say they have the best driver pairing in formula one," he told Bild am Sonntag newspaper.

"Vettel alone is better than Rosberg and Hamilton together," Marko charged. "This is a fact."

I don't have any problem with him defending Vettel, but this kind of comment, over the top and cocky, I'm pretty sure that doesn't help Vettel image, even if is not Vettel saying it.

He is positively the biggest idiot in the paddock. This is a fact.

The Austrian is referring to the fact that Vettel has 347 points so far in 2013, while Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg’s combined tally is just 334.

The source is Bild.

Just saying.

A couple of weeks ago they had an article with Marko titled "My night with Demi Moore"

We'll see how good vettel is compared to lewis and Nico, if they ever end up vettels team mate. Vettel doing his job well, he's a top driver. But in that amazing car with number 1 status, that does make his job massively easier. How well would he do against a WC team mate? We may never know.

Weird logic, more points is not better,  is just more points.

I don't have any problems either with drivers who say, for example, we are not fighting against Vettel, we are fighting against Newey...   ;)

Factually correct. Vettel has more points than Hamilton and Rosberg.

Meh. Marko being Marko. I do look forward to the day when Seb leaves and Helmut changes his tune though.

  What was the story and how did it end? Did it involve an Indecent Proposal

Could be interpreted as "We don't need a good driver pairing, a superstar scoring all the points will do just fine thank you".

They've all learnt their Schumacher lessons. Alonso thought he had but he's too unstable to build a team around.

Factually correct. Vettel has more points than Hamilton and Rosberg.

Even more factually correct is that he has more points in Newey's car than they do in the Merc's.

She sat behind him on a flight. And she was in underwear, apparently. That's pretty much the whole "story".
