A multi kart pile up at Skusa Supernationals in Vegas brought out a red flag in the DD2 class. Piquet was alert and active though complained of arm pain. Word is the team took him to the hospital for a check. Rain, standing water and flooding have delayed qualifying and heat rounds. Word is Daniel Formal Will sub for Piquet in KZ2.

Unfortunate that his father had his accident in states and now it is the turn of the son... i hope there' no major impact, so it doesn't affect whatever is left of his career as a racing driver.

His dad drove an Indycar in 200 mph and crashed into a concrete wall.
Piquet Jr crashed in a go kart ...
But yes both accidents were in USA and they have the same last name.
I think Jr did it on purpose to secure a new contract.
