Anybody else being given hemorrhoids by Google/You Tube (it is presumed, based on some searching) hang-thang
s.ytimg.com?
Is there anything admins can do to alleviate the loading/connection delays associated with it?

Thanks.
Feel better, in that your link identifies the probable source of difficulties as YouTube.
The solution recommended to me was browser-specific (Firefox), suggesting that a DNS-cache-monitoring/clearing plug-in be downloaded.
This appears to have worked, in part, as the number of instances of s.ytimg irritation has been decreased,
but not entirely eliminated.
