Found this among my fathers photos of him racing against Steve Manship on a Velo and not a Yamaha.

I think this is Andrew Manship (brother of Steve) who was sadly killed at the 1970 North West 200.

I was at Snetterton that day in March 1975, it was the first time I raced.  It was a pretty grim day weather wise, although I think it did dry up a bit as the day went on.  I don't remember the cold too much, probably the excitement of the day prevented that.  I spent plenty of colder days there in later years but like every circuit there were times when it was hot and dry and times when it wasn't, except for Cadwell, it always seemed to rain there

I remember queuing for the gents toilets regularly at Snetterton in March because i was so cold but no where else! Brands always seemed sunny.
