Rated it 5/10.

 

Best Driver: Jenson Button. There haven't been many chances to give Jenson the nod, but I think he deserves it today. Very solid drive.

Worst Driver: There are a few candidates. I'll go with Massa based on the idea that the race stewards were apparently giving warnings for crossing the pit entry before they went for a penalty (see: Webber).

Best Team: Red Bull

Best Overtake: Nothing really comes to mind.

Best Moment: Nothing really comes to mind.

DRS + Tyres: DRS was horrible. This track doesn't need it, and it ruined what could have been many good battles. The tyres seemed to hold out fine, though a big difference between the new and used compounds was evident a few times during the rounds of pitstops. So, all in all it wasn't ideal. Bring back the competition!

And the race in a sentence: Fun track, good atmosphere, horrible DRS, incompetent teams.

Best Moment - The first few laps

DRS + Tyres - DRS too powerful and once against 2 zones is OTT. Tyres were ok

And the race in a sentence... - One of the better races of the season. It still seemed a bit of an anti-climax though perhaps due to the rain never really coming. It is easily one of the top 3 tracks IMO. I hoped the Vettel pitstop mess may have given us some late drama but sadly not.

DRS + Tyres - good, since the rain held off

And the race in a sentence... some good adrenalin moments. Top 3 were in another class. Good bye Webber, Massa, (one on a high, the other on a low).

And the race in a sentence... - Sat waiting and praying for rain in the hopes it might actually give us a race rather than a procession.

Best Driver Definitely Jenson Button, just finished watching race "as live", can't wait to see Jenson's interviews with Sky and BBC to see his thoughts on the race

Worst Driver Maldonado, for rudely squeezing Jenson after his wheel banging with the Toro Rosso

Best Moment Massa reaction to drive through penalty....(Post race) Webber takes his helmet off

DRS + Tyres Not bad, actually

And the race in a sentence... Bit of a palate cleanser, at least the V8 era doesn't end with a total borefest...

9. Had everything except a proper battle for the win.

Best Driver:   Alonso

Worst Driver:  Bottas

Best Team:     Red Bull

Best Overtake: Before DRS was open: ALO on HAM or WEB on HAM or WEB on ALO? Can't be bothered to review.

Best Moment:   The battle for 4th between MAS and HAM, before MAS got the DT.

DRS + Tyres:   Tires weren't bad at all, as we didn't notice them. DRS was minimal, which was nice.

And the race in a sentence...: A solid race on a beautiful track that will make me watch F1 for another season.

6/10. It would probably have been a 7 or 8 without DRS.

Best Driver:   This is difficult because many drivers did a good job, but probably Vettel or Button. 

Worst Driver:  Maldonado 

Best Team:     Ferrari (too many mistakes from RB)

Best Overtake: Nothing comes to mind. 

Best Moment:   Webber taking off his helmet and a classy podium.

DRS + Tyres:   Not bad.

And the race in a sentence...: Good race.

Finally had the time to rewatch the race.

 

Best Driver: Vettel/Alonso/Button

Worst Driver: easily Maldonado

Best Team clearly McLaren 

Best Overtake Webber on Hamilton

Best Moment mayhem at RedBull's 2nd pitstop

DRS + Tyres not too bad

And the race in a sentence... waiting and waiting for the rain to arrive - still had its moments and some good fights through the field

 

Something between a stern 6/10 and a mild 7/10.
