The final race of the season is done and dusted 
. Some of the Guess the Podium players decided to be a bit adventurous and picked Webber for the win, but it wasn’t to be, as the usual suspect won again… Still, good scores all around, and a decent average of 13.68 for the race, even though Alonso came out of nowhere; he was only picked by JEAN the bot!

Here’s hoping for a more interesting and varied 2014! The rules of the game will also change a bit, reflecting the score system of other games (10 points for getting the driver spot on, 6 points for being one place off, 3 points for being 2 places off; only drivers on the podium give points), with an added twist (10 bonus points for getting all three drivers correct, 6 bonus points for guessing correctly an 1-2, and 3 bonus points for guessing correctly the race winner). Any comments on this (or anything else, let me know).
Thank you all for taking part in this game (and all the others in the RC's Bets & Games), it made watching the races much more exciting. Enjoy the off season, recharge your batteries, and take it easy with the mulled wine! (or not
