The Marusia/Sauber rumor sounds more like Marusia shuting down the F1 operation and sponsoring Sauber in order to get some results.

Sounds like the name of an English village...

Locaterusham, pronounced "Lo-shum".

I don't quite see what the parties gain from a merger. Higher income? Perhaps, but doubtful - and they will loose Bernie-money combined. Lower costs? Nope, and higher salary and overhead in the translation-fase will increase costs. Better use of fascilities? I guess neither parties have all that great design-offices or factories, but there could be something there. All in all there can be some benefits, but they seem rather marginal compared to the financial difficulties of small F1-teams.

Most of these merger rumours are simply conflated articles from rubbish sites. Granted teams are struggling but the business of a merger only works if teams have viable assets NOT large debts. Teams are more likely to fold than merger.
