397out of 475 available points by Vettel is a very strong score.
Only 78 dropped points by the WDC. Whats the record for the best season in that respect?
I'd argue that Jim Clark has that record with 100% in both 1963 and 1965, once you take into account the dropped scores. 6 wins (54 points) with the best 6 results counting.
Edit: Only because you worded it as "available" points, meaning back then only the best x results were actually available to a driver.

I think Ferrari also broke the record of most consecutive points finishes with at least 1 car (previously set by McLaren up until Canada).

One very unusual fact I read on F1F after Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and it's still valid.
'Nico Rosberg lies 6th in the championship with four podiums; a win at the Monaco Grand Prix from pole, a win at the British Grand Prix, and a 2nd place immediately followed by a 3rd place, in rounds 16 and 17 of the season- all like Mark Webber last season.'
