The Peel 50 wasa Uk microcar which has a strong claim to being the world's smallest car.

A Uk golf buggy firm has put it back into production ( at a substantial price it must be said) but nice to see it back.

But the real question is WHY? A death trap and mobile chicane if I have ever seen one.
I think the golf buggys make far more sense. At least they are practical for their application. Though it seems that application only.

A dreadful machine with no virtues other than that it is easy to park.

Have always found micro-cars, er..., weird, despite the need for something small for town use...amongst all my mechanical pr0n here there is a fair smattering of them..

The future is smaller cars if everyone/more people wants to have one. And it is kinda safer than motorcycles, at least in the rain.. This might not be it in terms of vehicle but this type of vehicle is a great idea.

And i love the bubbletop!

Useless information department. 'They' say that people who bought a Peel took delivery of it in a stout wooden box - then continued to use the wooden box as its garage ....
