Roy's not really in an official F1 session, so I'm not sure if this is a record breaking event.
Jos Verstappen drove a Minardi this summer, Max a few months later (STR).
It is a test, in a F1 car, for a current F1 team, in the most recent car you can test. I would say that is as official as it can be the way it is right now.
It wasn't an "official F1 session" back in the day, when a team suddenly just packed up a car and a test-team and went to the nearest track. But it was an F1 test.

If you talking about F1 fathers and sons then you are forgetting Brabham, Fittipaldi, Andretti, Nakajima, Rosberg, Magnussen and Stucks. And maybe a few more that I am missing.
The Winkelhock's. I think that's it, actually - as far official as Grand Prixs go.

Reg and Tim Parnell were both F1 drivers.
Also André and Teddy Pilette.
