Sidepods look big compared to Merc and Ferrari;

The obsession with the size of sidepods is getting a bit much.

Bit more hi-res image of the car sideways here;

Still not sure what that thing under the nose works for.

I bet the car is going to look totally different in Melbourne and even in the Bahrain test

dare i say ... on the face of it, it looks exactly like RB9 with a nose job ... pretty conservative on first impression.

Good looking car, and an interesting interpretation with the nose (hopefully the other finger teams adopt it).  I'm surprised the sidepods aren't more tightly packaged, especially after seeing the similarly Renault engine Toro Rosso.

Very good looking car.  It's a close call between the Mercedes and Red Bull.  Need to see more pictures if the RB nose.

Side view looks nice, like the swooping paint scheme leading to the nose.

I don't know what that bit under the nose is, it looks like something that didn't come out of the mold right?   Still, no phallus so +1.

Sorry Sebastian, not as nice as the Mercedes.  At least two cars that don't look ridiculous, so far...

Well it is a nice nose besides the weird third pylon / crash structure. At least they painted it black.  :confused:

I think that's basically this solution, no?

6, maybe 7 elements on the front wing, plus flaps/flipups/silliness???

It looks like RBR and Mercedes have no fear of lacking HP, shoving all of that through the air.

Looks like they went for the Short Sturgeon nose that was predicted in some quarters.

Unsurprisingly it's a very neat car.

A very smooth design. Wonder if it is just basic or if it is intentional to reduce drag and reduce fuel consumption.

At least RBR were clever enough to paint that section of the nose black, as that really does help to hide it.

At Force India the black really accentuates it though ;p

I like what Red Bull did with nose. That shape, like the front of ship will generate a low pressure area in that region creating downforce.

Does the pylon-thing have a center piece that appears to be removable perhaps?  A recess?

Is it symmetrical, the inward-angles?

That's because FI used glossy black and RB matte black :)

There's a vent by the turning vanes under the suspension... Also look closely at the Total logo on the nose... That area is raised to release air...

Livery seems a bit...plain. It's like they've regressed a few years to the earlier Red Bulls whereas other teams have been freshening up their liveries this year (FI, Merc, Ferrari, we'll see what Mclaren do).

I like it even more than the Mercedes. That spear really looks aggressive, and they didn't have to compromise the nose angle so much. Merc did a way better job than Ferrari obviously, but it still looks like it's sniffing over the ground looking for ants, while the RB10 just wants to attack.
