Not a bad looking solution at all compared to most others.

Looks interesting. Good thinking on the colours of the nose.
The shape is somewhat unfortunate, imagine the photoshop-thread if the Lotus had looked like this.

Actually could not see the front "pointer" on first look because the paint job ends with the yellow tip. I was wondering how RB managed to make such a high nose till i observed.

On the third picture it looks like they're going to put something into that spear/ram thing, probably a cam?

Seems to be an exit duct where the Total logo is on the nose. Thoughts?

Nose solution looks like something more is going on

Total logo seems to be raised a bit yes.

You can definitely see Newey's love of yachts in the design of the front wing, the protruding part of the nose resembles the keel of a ship.

you have an outer shell and an inside structure.
Total logo seems to be raised a bit yes.
Maybe a vent from the nose exiting out above the Total logo?

It would be better if all nose is the same color.

This feels to me like they are being quite cautious with the packaging, presumably until such a time as they feel reliable with the engine. Mercedes and Ferrari do of course have an advantage in that area, since they are both engine and chassis manufacturers.

A nice looking car, to be sure.
Also, quite normal looking, too.

Now that is one neat, clean looking car! Must say I have been most impressed with the Merc and RBR so far, I like the look of the McLaren despite have the worst nose solution and the Ferrari looks okay. Lets see what this season brings!

So is that DRS actuator, too? Scratch that.
No louvers on the rear wing endplates

The RB10 definitely has a "S" duct vented nose as predicted in @autobildonline and as used last year
What Newey called the Keel Nose also has a bulged chin underneath pic.twitter.com/sutOJsWmzp you can see the inlet for the "S" duct too
'driver cooling' slot neatly integrated into a "U" shape on the keel to diminish its obstruction to the airflow

lovely looking car. I will say its a toss up between Redbull and Mercedes in the looks department with the Ferrari a not so distant 3rd.
Is it any surprise that the 3 works team seem to look the best

That's not too bad. That nose keel kinda reminds me of a FLIR pod, to quickly lock in targets for overtaking. They should've stickered a HAL9000 eye on it.

As I mentioned in the McLaren thread, painting the appendage black has a massive impact on appearance.

Found it interesting how Newey mentions this front wing solution is just heir first interpretation of the new rules, letting me assume Red Bull have various options available and will be more flexible and quicker in adapting than the other teams, despite others likely also having similar alternatives.

Car is a beauty and I'm confident it will be super fast as well.
So the key thing is for it to work right

I see redbull have engineered the suspension into a beam wing

Has everyone else done similar?

That view really shows how tiny that rear end is.

A moveable aerodynamic device, it should be illegal.

The Bull actually looks better than the Mercedes. From worst looking nose to best looking nose in one year. Well done!

The studio-shot car has a different nose, and a vent in front of the cockpit. The "Total" vent appears to be a hatch, and the vent in front of the cockpit appears to be a removeable/replaceable hatch as well.

last year, RB packaging was impressive
This year Ferrari has done better job in this aspect IMO.
As a tifoso, i was very glad to see the Ferrari... i hope the rest of the car is just as good as they've put it together.

It's a good looking car. The shockers we've seen actually make what is an average looking car, seem quite pretty.
This livery is old and I wish RB did some changes.

Nice looking car, can't decide between this and the Merc for my favourite. (it would be the Merc but I dislike its stalk-like camera mountings
I like those mountings. They remind me of the 2007/8 cars with all their aero winglets.
That overhead shot of the RB9 is incredible, I never realised the extent of its tiny rear.
The RB10 will be an interesting car. It will be good no doubt and the package already looks good to go. I think Mercedes will have the edge though - they both look the most refined concepts.
