I don't understand the new quali rules at all. At least it'll be interesting on Saturday when Coulthard is trying to explain it lol.

Another thought(sorry if its been brought up before):

If a car is quick enough, they can get into the top 10 in Q2 on the harder tire, fight for pole position in Q3 and then potentially get to start the race on pole position with the preferred race tire.

You can only 'understand' something, if it actually makes sense. :)

This year the prime is going to be much slower relative to the option than it was last year, but I'd probably follow this strategy.
