We have VW, Mercedes, Renault and NBE engines next season with the new engine rules. Also ThreeBond is in talks with Tomei to build a new engine, but not for 2014.
But what I wonder is why no team run engines from Honda and Toyota from Japanese F3 as they had experience from last year with the new rules...
