From the Beeb, Roy surrenders after failing to appear in court on fraud charges. Not unexpected but with Mallya having issues with his empire and things at Sahara getting worse this has the potential to really impact Sahara Force India.

Saward is reporting that the creditors have been informed the team wants to change the payment schedule. Without Kingfisher and Sahara money I don't see how they get the funding.

No. No one took Force India seriously when they arrived at the scene. They've steadily made progress over the years and can be said to be a fairly respectable mid-field team, something which you only ever said about Sauber. So i genuinely am distressed a bit by a team finding itself in a pile of poop, which may afftect its participation in the sport even. I do not think that there were ninjas (Ninjutsu is Japanese... i've said too much already 
) waiting to scupper the progress of Force India.
