Rule changes for 2014. Less fuel, more weight, smaller engines, less reliable, bigger ERS output, less downforce, addition of turbos and some questionnable appendages, the list is endless. But what does it mean on the stopwatch for the 2014 F1 cars over a lap and in the race? You've been following the testing but this is the first time everyone will be leaving it all out on track around Albert Park.
GERCOP 2014 (or Guess the Effect Of Rule Changes On Performance) is your chance to prove you have the necessary mental acrobatics to guess how much faster or slower the new cars are over a lap in qualifying and race trim aswell as over a race distance (presuming someone makes it to the flag!).
A round will be held at each track on the 2014 F1 calendar and the cumulative results will decide the GERCOP 2014 champion.
Changes can be made to guesses right up to the start of FP1 of each race weekend.
As and when last year's times don't exist or aren't appliacable I'll most likely make rules up on the spot.
