If you watched the same quali as o did you would clealry see that no one was using tc as the cars where all over the place and stepping out at the smallest touch of the throttle

I guess you missed that BIIIIIIIGGGG slide in Turn 6? I wonder if you really think he would purposefully turn of his supposed traction control just for T6.

Relax guys, big slide aside, the lap did look very smooth for the car/engine/track combination. And the nuances of these new powertrains sounds don't come so easily for everyone. I know I have a horrible engine when it comes to picking up electronic controles kicking in and out.

There´s clearly an different engine tone during engine braking into the corners or mid corner compaired to straight line braking.
But it´s the same on the McLaren and you can hear it too with the Ferrari.
Maybe it´s from the spooling up function of the turbo
