I'm sure Ross is great and deserves a fair bit of credit for this car but there were a couple hundred people working on it, you know. It's not just one guy. He's not even a designer like Newey.

 

 

Yes but he is the guy who put the piece together, like at Benetton, Ferrari, like at Mercedes. And i think it's easy to take some engineers, but it's way more difficult to put the right guy at the right place, and Brawn is the best to do it.

He did it three times, at three different era, for me, he is the best technical director manager ever in F1.

 

And he could design too, he design the Jaguar XJR who won the 91 Sportscar Championship.

 

Benetton, Ferrari, Mercedes. Ross Brawn is a Boss.

I wouldn't compare Brawn with Newey and Barnard, who's skills are more design oriented.

 

Brawn strength is more in technical management and people management. Equally as important as the above.

 

I said it before. I think no one else in the paddock could have pulled off putting the team together that he has.

I remember Costa sayng that if it wasn't for Brawn, he would not have joined the team.

So let say Honda, because the Brawn GP was basically a Honda with a Mercedes engine

Ross is amazing, thank you so much, you've done it again. Hope somewhere you were sat enjoying that race, both the driver battle and the ease in which your cars put ~25 seconds on the opposition in 12 laps. You're the man.
