No point moaning. If you're here F1 still excites you. Just be nice and watch. When it gets you you won't even bother writing about it. There is a good bit of the appeal that depends on whether a favourite team is competitive or not so the disillusionment figures should be taken with a pinch of salt.
I'm here because the board is very informative and pretty technical. I could not care less if i miss the rest of the season.

Although Mercedes is running away with it there is still a lot of great team mate battles going on up & down the grid which is keeping things interesting. I'm a bit biased too because seeing my man Ricciardo up there fighting at the front & giving Vettel a run gives me a lot of happiness .
Subjectively though the last great season would be 2010, that was a great title battle.

I really hate the sound of these new motors. It is like being in a hotel room that is being vacumed for two hours! I also really hate the 50 points for the last race. I hated the cheesy Pirellis of yester-years and the death of full wet weather racing. DRS is not my favourite gimmick. And not to forget inconsistent and questionable decisions from FIA and stewards. But I am still here. I don't know what will push me over the edge but one day I am sure the Bernie-FIA combo will get me and I will not come back here ... without fan fare.

2012 was a great season, I really enjoyed that one. 2013 was a bit of a predictable bore and was just yet another "Vettel mows everyone down and cruises to victory" year once the car got settled. 2014 is proving to be a bit of a dull year, but I'm hoping it will pick up if/when someone closes the gap to Mercedes.
