Now that we have one or two new teams coming in 2015/2016, check this video:

In 2010 when, for example, HRT and USF1 were chosen over Epsilon Euskadi to enter F1, and it was rejected again in 2011, Epsilon Euskadi had a real project with a scale model already built for wind tunnel tests.

What is your opinion about the project and about FIA decisions choosing new teams?

My opinion is that they are in court for spending public money on "nothing".

Project? He got 50 million euros from local government. Money that he could not paid back. Hence the "team" ruined and the legal battles.

Project, no idea. FIA decisions. Cosworth. Case closed. It's also widely known that LOLA had a car ready, but nah.

Having a car is one thing, having enough money to get it running is another. There is a local company/team near where I live that has an LMP1 car ready (apparently) and want to run it in LeMans next year - they are currently trying to attract sponsors (being featured on the local radio station and promoting their website etc) but with no money there is no way they are going to get to race.
