just stop changing rules to suit  knee jerk reactions from disgruntled  corners of the paddock , agree on regulations  for an agreed period of time say 4 seasons,  and if need be  tinker with it slightly after each season but only if it will have improved

saftey or efficency .

stop all this bollocks about certain teams getting more money just because they play ball with bernie

this to me is the worst and most devisive part of the sport and it stinks more than anything in a global sport .

to have massive changes after every season , small teams will never catch up if the goalpost is  too much moved every season .

no to customer cars , all this will do is narrow the talent pool in inovation and make the  bigger teams more money/power

no to wholesale reg changes every time a top tier team struggles

only allow in season tests for pirelli to test tyres if needed if not then no testing at all

close up the straightline and filming day loopholes , teams can easily substitute older cars for filming days .

there are no regulations saying when a team can start  developing next years car so there is no time excuse imo of a team not being ready at start of season

I'd argue that Red Bull's domination could have been curtailed with a minor change (fixed exhaust position) and sensible tyre rules.

I'm not saying that rules should remain static, but the number of changes per season should be smaller. Why did we have a huge overhaul in '09 and now in '14? Why not gradually move from one to the other? I think it would make it far more affordable for the smaller teams, and it takes away the ability of one team to find "the solution" that will keep them ahead for five years because it may be useless the following season.

The FIA tried for several years to introduce rule changes to stop Red Bull and nothing worked. In fact, doing it bit-by-bit and not all once actually allowed them the time to get on top of changes and not let it affect them more than it affected others. F1 teams are simply too clever for this sort of thing, especially Newey. A proper overhaul of the regulations was the only thing that was going to work.

Why not rename F1 to WorldCART series sponsored by Mercedes. Utter bs. Might just the nail on F1's coffin this off season. F1 needs some serious fresh blood in the FIA and in general. Maybe.. kick ferrari out. Or kick out all the manufacturers and make it solely privateers.
