Is any History known of what became of this famous car after the Bathurst Race, I believe they also competed in the car at Warick Farm.

The one that had a door that kept flying open?

Didn't Clyde Hodgins Buy it ? I seem to recall C.H. driving [not very quickly] at Catalina Park.

Daniel,

The old SP250 thread might give some hints and maybe worth merging with.

An interesting thread and whatever happened to Veeeight, who was one of those chaps who knows better, despite proper evidence, that crop up on all fora from time to time.

Thanks Wirra, according to the artical "SadIy, the black Bathurst six-hour race winner appears to have been wrecked in the late 1960s, and it seems no remnants of that significant car remain."

So that puts that to rest, sad.
