Probably a dumb question, but are there any simracing wheels with hand controls for throttle and brake?

Don't worry, I haven't got any leg/foot injury but it's a very long story to tell. In short:I'd prefer to use throttle/brake with my hands, on the wheel

I think the steering wheels that have double clutch paddles can be configured for this. Like the Fanatec McLaren GT3 wheel.

Any wheel that has any input which is gradual across an axis, instead of merely a on/off state, can be configured for whatever you want, including throttle or brake input.

I second that, any steering wheel with analog clutch paddles should do it in theory, although if I think about it, hand controls can be a huge disadvantage in tight sections like the first chicane at Monza for example. Both hands are needed for the quick change of direction from one side to the other and you'll have to reach behind the wheel to operate the paddles as well, so in ideal circumstances you'll need a throttle paddle on both sides to work around the rotation "issue".
