Hi as a paying customer I would like to request a hosting upgrade for your magazine and other content.

 

The peak speed I was able to achieve while downloading magazines was 175kb/s, fluctuating as low as 25kb/s and average around 75kb/s. Overall download time was approaching 10 minutes.

My connection is capable of more than 10,000kb/s, and is not particularly fast compared to other western countries.

The download speeds should be far faster than that, so I'll have a chat with our dev team and see if I can work out what's going wrong here...

 

Was this a one off or do you usually find it to be a similar speed?
