Am I the only one who found Nico to be arrogant and dismissive of the effort of Massa and Bottas? Secondly he blamed Lewis for spoiling his last lap effort. Massa basically said f-off when he flicked Rosberg's shoulder!

I admit that Lewis's spin did in effect did cause him to lift; but what a strange spin?

Nico you are probably going to win the WC, so start acting like a Champion.

Congrats to the boys at Williams!

I don't think Nico is any different from any of the other drivers.  They all want to win, they all have faces like a dog chewing a wasp when things don't go well, they all get nippy over the radio, they all like to play the 'mind game' war (often a bit too obvious), etc, etc.

Yeah, they're all the same. Though, some a bit more than others. ;)

I would imagine that Hamilton can now feel that things have balanced out since he believed Nico blocked his qually in Monaco.

Nico seemed fine to me.  He wasn't dismissive of Bottas' and Massa's effort, he just hadn't believed that the Williams would match the Mercs.  I didn't notice Massa was upset - I see nothing to be upset over, he couldn't have believed it either until the end of P3 I wouldn't think.   Maybe he misunderstood.

Take one to spot one I see.

Your flamebait in other threads has been just as obvious

At least Rosberg didn't scream conspiracy when Lewis's spin prevented him from a likely pole position.

I don't understand it, he says it spoiled his lap what it did, what's the problem here, should he act like nothing happened, and say: " I was slower, a I don't know, I lifted because I saw a deer, on the track"  :D Where did he blame Lewis, he just talked about the situation, nothing more...

I think there was a point of contention with Lewis that Nico spoiled his lap on purpose (which I do not believe for the record)

As said above, Nico did not blame Lewis of any wrong doing. Nico was understandably miffed about a bit of bad luck going against him (which involved a mistake from Lewis). As P123 said, other drivers would have acted the same.

Well why would he? Unless you think it's reasonable to think Hamilton would intentionally botch his lap and sacrifice many grid positions just so he can get pay back, then lol.

No, he's showing how hungry he is for victory.

Nico said in German that it was an awesome performance by Bottas and Massa.

Think that says all.

Really unnecessary generalization there, too.

Tourgott:

They only showed the English language portion of the conversation on NBCSN. Clearly some of you know nothing or very little about body language. A very typical skill that is lacking in most Millennials...

Not to worry, I'll get over it...
