Well, so far so close. Four points between Lewis and Nico. Given the double points on offer at Abu Dhabi, who thinks it will be a final race shootout? My bets would go with Nico to win the title in the final race. I bloody well hope it goes to the final race anyway, as I have booked tickets for the Abu Dhabi GP. I don't really care who wins, just as long as it is still possible for more than 1 person, (and one of those people isn't Vettel :) ).

On a side note, has anyone else taken kids to a GP outside of school holidays? I know they say that kids are no longer allowed to take time off during term time for holidays, but the fine is only 60 quid so worth it. It's not my fault that Bernie chose the finale during term time :)

I can't see one of the Mercedes drivers going into the last round more than fifty points clear but I hope they do just to show what a farce the double points race is, but I think you will see a shoot out for the title.

More importantly, will it stop any/many of Merc's main competitors stopping development of this year's car half way through the season to 'focus on next year's car' once they realise they do not have a realistic chance of the title this year, given they could play a degree of catch up with the double points race?

Is that double points race really still happening?

I don't care who wins - just as long as the points gap is 51 points or more after Brazil.

Ham winning the title in Brazil would be nice for me and Ham the land of his hero.

Battle for 3rd in WCC is pretty close and beeing 3rd or 6th in makes a difference of a few dozen millions in price money.
